The final research report was delivered in May 2008. It details our process and findings in researching the current user experience in Second Life and other virtual worlds and social networks. These findings drove our design, which is detailed in the final design report

The final design report provides complete documentation on Resident Recommendations. It includes a summary of the problem space, deriving from the research we have conducted in Spring 2008 report, and covers the overarching themes of Resident Recommendations. The majority of the report describes each feature of Resident Recommendations in detail, touching on goals, design rationale, user study support, and tradeoffs.
